In the 15 years of establishment, woodsen insist using Canadian maple for professional skateboard decks. Our Boss Lan visit wood stations in the United States and Canada every year and import wood logs directly from origin to ensure the best quality.
Besides traditional Canadian maple wood, Woodsen also invest a lot in new materials like carbon fiber and glass fiber in order to offer slimmer, more flexible and durable products to professional riders.
Our production cover form log rotary cutting, veneer staining and drying to skateboard deck pressing and shaping. All steps are controlled under high-quality requirements and strict supervision. Our fine crafts reflect in each sanding, coating and transferring.
Woodsen offer full customization services including size, shape and design. Digital CNC machine can cut client' s required size, and change whatever shape they like. 6 color industrial UV digital printer not only offer full color and detail transfer films, but also very efficiency and support much smaller MOQ. High precision silkscreen printing technology helps a lot to balance the cost and graphics quality.
